Consulting Bureau) was formed to provide consultancy services
to chemical industries.

manufacturing plant in Visakhapatnam, South India.

Elliott Turbomachinery Inc.'s Sole Sales Representative
in India.

Setup its second CO2
manufacturing plant in Mangalore, South India.

Chemicon (short for
Chemical Consultants) was formed to continue the consultancy
business & help CICB concentrate on sale of Elliott
equipment.

Chemicon started marketing and sale of
carbon dioxide produced by the CO2 plants
of the group.

fabrication facility,
Kanara Engineering Company, located in Mangalore
was purchased by the group.

Setup its third CO2
manufacturing plant in Kanpur, North India.

The group set up its
fourth CO2 bottling plant at Kalol in Gujarat State.

The group sold its CO2
manufacturing & marketing business to Praxair Inc,

with Henderson Engineering, USA, for manufacture

Iberia, SL, Spain, for the manufacture and sale

Stamp Certificate of Authorisation for our manufacturing
facility in Mangalore
